The supported receipt printers for Retail POS can connect to your computer or iPad in four possible ways. Which connection type(s) each receipt printer can support varies from one to the other.
USB | Connects directly to your computer or iPad with a USB cable. |
LAN | Connects directly to your network with a LAN cable. Your computer or iPad then connects to your printer through your network. |
WLAN | Connects wirelessly to your network. Your computer or iPad then connects to your printer through your network. |
Bluetooth | Connects wirelessly to your iPad using Bluetooth. Connecting to your computer is not supported. |

AirPrint printers
