Printing from a label queue
When you receive inventory from a purchase order or when you create a new item, items are automatically added to the label queue in Inventory > Print Labels. This label queue allows you to print batches of labels as needed. You can also add an item to the label queue manually by opening an item and clicking the Add Label button in it's Details section. The same thing is possible directly from the Item Import tool when you import items with a Quantity on Hand by clicking the Add Labels to queue for Items with Inventory button. To stay organized, make sure you clear the label queue before you add your next batch of labels.
Adding labels manually from an item's Details section
- From the main menu, click Inventory > Item Search and click the item you want to print labels for.
- From the Details section, click Add Label. Repeat step 1 and 2 for all other items you want to print labels for.
Note: In the ITEM SEARCH section, you can also hover your cursor on the label icon and click the + icon when it appears. This shortcut will add the item to the label queue as well.
- From the main menu, click Inventory > Print Labels.
- The items you added to the label queue are displayed. Verify that the copies for each item are correct. You can remove labels for specific items by clicking the trash bin icon for that row.
- To print all the labels in the queue, click the Print All button. To print only one item's labels, click the print icon next to it.
- In the print modal, make sure the label Size is correct and click Print. Optionally, click the drop-down to select a different label size if needed.
- The printed labels will now have their Printed checkboxes selected. You can remove labels from your label queue by:
- clicking the trash icon next to the corresponding labels.
- clicking Clear Printed to remove the labels with their Printed checkbox selected.
- clicking Clear All to remove all labels and start a new label queue.
Adding labels manually from the Item Import tool
- Using the Item Import tool, import items with a Quantity on Hand.
- Once your import operation is complete, click the Add Labels to queue for Items with Inventory button.
- From the main menu, click Inventory > Print Labels.
- The items you added to the label queue are displayed. Verify that the copies for each item are correct. You can remove labels for specific items by clicking the trash bin icon for that row.
- To print all the labels in the queue, click the Print All button. To print only one item's labels, click the print icon next to it.
- In the print modal, make sure the label Size is correct and click Print. Optionally, click the drop-down to select a different label size if needed.
- Once you've reviewed the print prompt, click Print.
- The printed labels will now have their Printed checkboxes selected. You can remove labels from your label queue by:

- From the main menu, click Inventory > Item Search and click the item you want to print labels for.
- From the Details section, at the top of the screen, click Print Label.
Note: In the ITEM SEARCH section, you can also click the label icon next to the item as a shortcut.

- Once you've reviewed the print prompt, click Print.
Printing labels from a purchase order
When you are in a purchase order, you can print label from the:
- All Labels button to print all the labels of the items on order. The number of labels printed is based on each item's order quantity.
- Received Labels button to print the labels of the items that are added to your inventory. In this case, the number of labels printed is based on each item's received quantity.
Note: Received items are also automatically added to the label queue in Inventory > Print Labels.
- Print icon next to an item on order to print it's labels. From the new print window, the number of labels printed is based on the number you enter in the field.
To use one of the above workflows, follow the instructions below:
- From the main menu, click Inventory > Purchase Orders.
- Use the available fields and filters to find the purchase order and click its ID.
- Click the All Labels button, the Received Labels button or the print icon next to the item.
- In the print modal, make sure the label Size is correct and click Print. Optionally, click the drop-down to select a different label size if needed.
- Once you've reviewed the print prompt, click Print.
Printing labels from a transfer
When you are in a transfer with a Sent status, click the Print Labels button to print all the labels of the items in transit. If you are in a transfer with a Received status, click the Print Labels button to print the labels of the items that are received. In this case, the number of labels printed is based on each item's received quantity.
- From the main menu, click Inventory > Transfers.
- Use the available fields and filters to find the transfer and click its ID.
- Click the Print Labels button.
- In the print modal, make sure the label Size is correct and click Print. Optionally, click the drop-down to select a different label size if needed.
- Once you've reviewed the print prompt, click Print.
