Printing from a label queue

When you received inventory from a purchase order or when you create a new item, items are automatically added to the label queue in Inventory > Print Labels. This label queue allows you to print batches of labels as needed. You can also add an item to the label queue manually by opening an item and clicking the Add Label button in it's Details section. To stay organized, make sure you clear the label queue before you add your next batch of labels.

  1. From the main menu, click Inventory > Item Search and click the item you want to print labels for.
  2. From the Details section, click Add Label. Repeat step 1 and 2 for all other items you want to print labels for.

NOTE: In the ITEM SEARCH section, you can also hover your cursor on the label icon and click the icon when it appears. This shortcut will add the item to the label queue as well.
