Retail POS gives you flexibility to customize your receipts to meet your customers' needs.
Setting up receipts
You can customize your receipts to include extra information that might be helpful to your customers, such as your returns and exchanges policy. To customize your receipts:
- Navigate to Settings > Locations.
- Click Customize.
- Click Receipt Setup.
- Enter any information you’d like to add to your receipt:
- Header: Any info added here replaces the location’s shop name, address, and phone number at the top of your receipt.
- Footer: Information added to this field appears at the bottom of your shop's sales receipts.
- Workorder Agreement: This agreement appears when you print a quote for a workorder.
-
Credit Card Agreement: By default, this field is autofilled with an agreement statement. You can edit this statement if needed. You must have info in this field to print credit card receipts.
The credit card agreement always appears on customer credit card receipts, but only appears on merchant receipts if you’re using an integrated payment processor.
You can also customize your receipt templates to suit your business needs if necessary.
