Printing and reprinting receipts

-
Receipts can be reprinted from a Computer or iPad:
- Receipts can be reprinted from a computer by navigating to Reports > All Transactions. From there, select the ID number for the sale in question, and click Print Receipt.
- If you do not have access to reports, you can reprint a receipt by navigating to Sales in Retail POS and clicking the printer icon next to a recent transaction.
- Receipts can be reprinted from an iPad by selecting the sale from the Sales page. Then, scroll down on the right side and click Print receipt.
-
You can set receipts to automatically print 1, 2, or 3 copies by adjusting the related setting when logged in to your account from a computer. This will only impact receipts printed when using Lightspeed Hub.

There are multiple ways to include notes on receipts. You can include notes with each sale from a computer or iPad.
