As of September 27, 2026, merchants selling to customers in the EU through an online shop are required to display the harmonized legal-guarantee notice on their website. If producers have shared information on certain commercial guarantees of durability they offer on products you sell, you are also required to display associated GARAN labels so customers can easily identify applicable products.
