As a Lightspeed Retail POS merchant, you can delete your account if you wish to do so. Before making the request, however, we recommend you speak with your Sales Account Manager or send an email to sales@lightspeedhq.com. This way, we can gather your feedback and make sure we're exploring your needs.
To delete your Lightspeed Retail POS account:
- If there's any employee or customer data you'd like to keep, export it from your account.
- Contact us. Our Support and Billing team will be happy to assist you with your request.
- Delete your Lightspeed Retail POS app on all of your mobile devices.
Note: Deleting your Lightspeed Retail POS app will not cancel your plan. However, deleting your app does delete the locally-stored information on your mobile devices.
