Unlinking your NuORDER account from Lightspeed Retail (R-Series)

This integration is currently only available to certain merchants in the USA   

   

 

Your Lightspeed Retail account can have multiple NuORDER buyers linked to it, however, each NuORDER buyer can only be linked to a single Lightspeed Retail account.

If a NuORDER buyer is already linked to a Lightspeed Retail account and wishes to be linked to another instead, they will have to unlink from the first Lightspeed Retail account.

Here's how to unlink a NuORDER buyer from your Lightspeed Retail account:

  1. Sign in to Lightspeed Retail.

  2. From the main menu, select Retail (R-Series).

  3. From the drop-down, select Link accounts. A new page will display.

  4. Select Cancel to navigate to the Linked accounts page.

  5. Under NuORDER, select Unlink account.

  6. To confirm the unlinking, select Unlink account.

Your NuORDER and Lightspeed Retail accounts are now unlinked. You should no longer see your NuORDER account listed on the Lightspeed Retail main menu. To re-link NuORDER and Lightspeed Retail accounts, refer to the Linking your NuORDER account to Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) article.
