Viewing and Redeeming Lightspeed Advanced Marketing rewards

Lightspeed Advanced Marketing rewards allow your returning customers to accumulate points that can be exchanged for discounts on their purchases. You can redeem these points as part of a normal sale in Retail POS.

Redeeming rewards on a computer

Once you have redeemed a reward for a customer in the sale, it can't be undone. If your customer changes their mind or you redeem a reward in error, discard the sale and start over.

  1. Navigate to Sales > New sale.
  2. Add products to the sale.
  3. Attach a customer to the sale.
  4. Click Loyalty.
  5. In the customer pop-up, click Check rewards.
  6. Click Redeem next to the reward your customer wants to redeem.
  7. The reward will be discounted from the sale, and the points will be removed from the customer's account. Take payment if required, then complete the sale.

  2. Tap Sales > New sale.
  3. Add products to the sale.
  4. Attach a customer to the sale.

  8. The reward will be discounted from the sale, and the points will be removed from the customer’s account. Take payment if required, then complete the sale.
