Hi. How can we help?

Troubleshooting barcode scanners

If your barcode scanner is having difficulty pairing or connecting with your iPad, turning off your iPad’s Bluetooth and performing a factory reset on the scanner may fix the issue.

To turn off Bluetooth:

  1. On your iPad, navigate to Settings > Bluetooth.

Bluetooth page under Settings on iPad.

    1. If your scanner is connected: Tap Connected to display the connected devices screen. Tap Forget This Device and confirm by tapping Forget Device.

Device selected with option to Forget This Device visible.

  2. Toggle off the Bluetooth switch.
