Hi. How can we help?

Understanding the Reorder List report

The purpose of the Reorder List report is to quickly see which of your items are below their reorder point and how many of each of those items you need to acquire via purchase order or transfer (if multi-store) to get them back to their desired inventory level.

To help you get the most from the Reorder List report, this article will cover the functions of its filters and the data it includes in each of its columns.

Columns

Once you've refined your search results, analyze the data in each column to decide how much of each item you need to order on your next purchase order or transfer. We recommend creating purchase orders or transfer to reorder items as both of these features allow you to add the items you see in the Reorder List report by clicking + Auto Add AllThis saves you the time of having to manually add items and enter quantities yourself.

If you need to, you can also print or export the report. To do so, at the top-right of your search results:

  • Click Print to print the current page of the search results you're viewing.
  • Click Export to download the report's data as a CSV file.
