Customize your Lightspeed Retail account by adding a background image, and company logo to receipts and customer emails. The logo appears in black and white on receipts and in color on customer emails. If you have a Multi-Shop account, the logo added here applies to all accounts, however you can set up a different logo for each shop location through your print template. Supported file types are .jpg, .png, including transparencies. The maximum size is 1080 x 1080 pixels. The image is automatically scaled to fit the logo area.
To set a background image
- From the main menu, click Settings > Company Branding.
- Click Background, select an image from the list or click Upload Background and select an image.
- Click Done.
To set a logo
- From the main menu, click Settings > Company Branding.
- Click Logo and select an image. A preview of the logo appears onscreen and on a customer email.
NOTE: If you already have a logo to remove, click Remove Logo.
- You can optionally revert the on-screen colors. This doesn't affect how your logo is displayed on receipts and customer emails.
- Click Done.
