Hi. How can we help?

About Lightspeed Hub

Lightspeed Hub streamlines setting up devices and managing hardware. It lets you connect hardware in fewer steps and guides you through connecting receipt printers, label printers, Customer Facing Displays (CFD), and scanners. It also lets you check the status of connected devices, conveniently disconnect or swap connected devices, and access guides to using connected hardware.

Lightspeed Hub brings a direct, reliable connection between Retail POS and your hardware throughout the day. The connection status changes in both Lightspeed Hub and Retail POS to flag issues as soon as they arise. The Devices status turns:

  • Yellow: If a connection isn't working.
  • Red: If the Hub is disconnected.
