Streamline your purchasing by leveraging NuORDER purchase orders directly from Retail POS. Here's how to activate the NuORDER and Retail POS (R-Series) Sync and get set up.

This integration requires you to have an existing Lightspeed NuORDER account and a Lightspeed Retail account.

To link your NuORDER account to Retail POS:

1. Sign in to Retail POS.
2. From the main menu, select NuORDER.
3. On the NuORDER landing page, click Link accounts.
4. From the dropdown, select NuORDER.
   
5. Enter your NuORDER username and password.
   
6. Select Link account.
   
7. Review the Lightspeed NuORDER integration data sharing information. If you agree, click Continue.
   

   By connecting with NuORDER, you'll share sales data with the brands you'll be working with. This information could be used by brands to give you better product recommendations and more timely stock replenishment.
   • Data that will be shared: inventory levels and sales quantities.
   • Data that won't be shared: pricing information, customer data, and financial and banking information.

   
8. Review the Lightspeed Integration Terms and Conditions. Once you have reviewed the information, select the I have read and agree… check box, then click Link NuORDER account.
   
   

   Clicking Cancel on the Terms and Conditions only cancels the connection process between the accounts. You'll still be able to use your NuORDER account separately from Retail POS. You can restart the process of connecting your NuORDER account and confirm the Terms and Conditions in Retail POS when ready.

Your NuORDER and Lightspeed Retail accounts are now successfully linked and you're taken to your NuORDER dashboard.
