For your convenience, completed eCom (E-Series) sales sync to your Retail POS account. Sales that are Awaiting Payment in eCom (E-series) do not sync to Retail POS until payment is completed. This is a one-way sync, meaning in-store sales are not viewable on your eCom (E-Series) dashboard.
To view your eCom sales in Retail POS:
- Select Reports from the main menu.
- Under the Sales & Refunds column, select Totals.
- On the far right of the table, locate the Source column. In this column, we use the label eCom to identify your online sales. The Source column will also appear on exported reports.
Note: You can also view your online sales in the Lines, Sales by category, and All transactions reports in Retail POS.
If you prefer, you can filter out your Retail POS sales by clicking the Advanced drop-down and checking the box for Show Only Sales from External Channels. When that box is checked, the report will exclude your Retail POS sales and only display your eCom (E-Series) sales.
Once a sale is fully paid or manually marked as paid in your eCom (E-Series) dashboard, the record of the sale will sync to Retail POS. Order fulfillments must be managed in eCom (E-Series) by clicking on the order status drop-down.
