Lightspeed Advanced Marketing syncs seamlessly with Retail POS, allowing you to manage your customers and redeem rewards directly in Retail POS.
Setting up Lightspeed Advanced Marketing
Contact your Account Manager to sign up for Lightspeed Advanced Marketing. Once you’re signed up, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to finish setting up your account and linking it to Retail POS.
If you have an existing Marsello account that you want to link to Retail POS, follow the instructions on the Marsello help center.
Transferring existing loyalty to Lightspeed Advanced Marketing
Once your Lightspeed Advanced Marketing account is set up, your Account Manager will facilitate transferring your customers’ existing loyalty balances.
Understanding Lightspeed Advanced Marketing billing and support
Your subscription to Lightspeed Advanced Marketing is sold and billed by Lightspeed. Any add-ons, for example Marketing or SMS messaging, are sold and billed by Marsello. If you have add-ons, you will receive two separate invoices for your subscription.
You can view and manage your Lightspeed Advanced Marketing subscription and plan details in the Billing section of the Marsello admin.
