Hi. How can we help?

Setting up a footer on your eCom (E-Series) site

The footer area at the bottom of your eCom (E-Series) website is visible on all pages and can include information like contact information, a copyright notice or disclaimer, and links to your store’s legal pages, catalog, and other resources.

By default, your selected eCom site theme includes a footer designed to match the theme. You can select different layout options and set up the content according to your business needs.

Managing customizable links in the site footer

By default, a expanded footer layout on your eCom site contains groups of customizable links:

  • Catalog links: Automatically generated from the product categories in your catalog. If your online catalog has more than 8 categories, the first 7 categories will be displayed and the View All button will appear at the bottom of the Links section in the Content tab.
  • Helpful links: Manually add other helpful links, like customer accounts page, online catalog search page, gift card page, or external websites.

Customizable links appear as columns in the site footer. You can add up to three link groups to the expanded footer layout on your eCom site.
