Deleting your Lightspeed Retail POS (X-Series) account

As a Lightspeed Retail POS (X-Series) merchant, you can delete your account if you wish to do so. Before making the request, however, we recommend you speak with your Sales Account Manager or contact our Sales team.

To delete your Lightspeed Retail POS (X-Series) account: 

  1. If there's any product list, sales or customer data you'd like to keep, export it from your account.
  2. Contact us. Our Support and Billing team will be happy to assist you with your request and provide any additional information on the cancellation of your plan.
  3. Delete your Lightspeed Retail POS (X-Series) app on all of your mobile devices. 

 

Note: Deleting your Lightspeed Retail POS (X-Series) app only will not cancel your plan. However, deleting your app does delete the locally-stored information on your mobile devices.
