For more information, please visit the Retail Help Center article here.

Lightspeed Analytics

Update: New Analytics focuses on four main additional functionalities:

  • Easily access your business’s performance from the new home dashboard and effortlessly dive into data directly when you log in.
  • A new report glossary gives users a better understanding of what each report is and how to use it.
  • New navigation to simplify report management and access, with all previously used or created reports now in one place. Users can find the right report through the search and filter functions and take data-driven action immediately. Merchants will also be able to bookmark their favorite reports for quick and easy access.
  • Create custom reports without the guesswork. Nine new datasets with an included data dictionary provide users with increased flexibility and transparency to build custom reports.

You can find more information about the changes in this video and in the Help Center.

Update: Analytics users now have access to the Historical Asset Inventory report within Analytics, in addition to the asset reports currently available in Retail POS.
