To resend a gift card:
- Navigate to Customers > Gift Cards.
- Find your customer's gift card using the available filters and details (such as date of purchase).
- Click on the gift card code to open its details.
- Click Email gift card.
- Enter a new email address or select the previous from the list.
You can also view the email history by clicking on Email history. Here you can see information about the email addresses a gift card has been emailed to and which employees have emailed gift cards and when.
