Following a common request from our customers, we are pleased to now share that Admin users in Analytics will be able to view and action all email subscriptions set up within your Analytics company.
Conventionally, only the Admins who originally set up subscriptions could manage or delete those subscriptions over time. Now, all Admin users can see all subscriptions, see who put them into place, and take actions with those subscriptions.
Accessing the Subscription tool
To access your email subscriptions, navigate from the gear icon to Subscriptions:
This will bring you to the overview page of the email reports being sent from your Analytics account
Deleting Subscriptions
To the right of the "Creator" column, Admin users will be able to see the "Delete" button:
Clicking on this will remove this email from your subscriptions. It will not, however, delete the report itself. You can always reschedule any of the reports you can access in your Analytics account.
If the report is not one that you scheduled yourself, it may be a private report that was only visible to the person who scheduled it. It's not a bad idea to be cautious about deleting subscriptions that were started by other Admin.
