Update

More predictable and visible inventory reservation behavior

  • Reservation updates are now tied to clear actions, making them more predictable and simpler to manage.
  • Inventory logs now show more specific information for all sale, refund, void, and reservation workflows. Each item produces a single log entry, even if there are multiple lines of the same item on a sale, resulting in better visibility into reserved inventory and costs.

Update

Updates to sales, voids, and inventory restoration workflows

  • Completing or voiding a sale now automatically restores archived items, negative inventory, and reservation states for improved inventory management across sale, refund, and void workflows.
  • Now, when reservation quantity is reduced, inventory is restored in reverse FIFO order. Referenced refunds and voids will restore inventory to the original lot instead of creating new lots to improve cost tracking for reservations and sales.

  • You can now filter special orders by employee on the Inventory > Special Orders page.
  • When the quantity of a shipment is changed, special orders linked to the PO will now update automatically to help keep your inventory and special orders in sync.
