Hi. How can we help?

Showing store hours online

Your location's details can be synced from Retail to be displayed on a locations page in your eCom store. There is a 24 hour delay to sync any changes. The location name, address and opening hours are synced.

Enabling a location in Retail

  1. In your Retail account, go to Settings.
Image. Shows an arrow hovering over the settings button.
  2. Select Locations.
Image. Shows an arrow hovering over the locations button.
  3. Open a location by selecting its title.
  4. In the LOCATION VISIBILITY section, enable the Make location visible switch.
  5. Select Save changes.

Creating the page in eCom

  1. In your eCom admin, select Content.
Image. Shows an arrow pointing to the content button in the eCom side bar.
  2. Select Add page.
Image. Shows an arrow pointing to the Add page button.
  3. Enable the Visibility switch.
  4. Type Locations in English, even if you have another default language. The original page title defines the URL and it must be /service/locations/. See below for translation instructions
  5. Select Save.

Viewing the locations page on your eCom store

  1. Wait 24 hours for the changes to be synced from Retail to eCom.
  2. In your eCom admin, click View store.
  3. Scroll down to your website's footer and select Locations.

Renaming or localizing the page title

The main title of the page will automatically localize to Dutch, French and German and cannot be renamed. However, you must add a translation to ensure the link in the footer is localized.

Adding more than one language is a prerequisite to these instructions:

  1. In your eCom admin, select Content.
  2. Select the Locations page title.
  3. Select the A icon in the top right-hand side of the screen to show all languages.
  4. Enter the the applicable translation for each title:
    • Dutch: Locaties
    • French: Boutiques
    • German: Standorte
  5. Select Save.

  • Any text or images in Content > Locations page in the CONTENT field of your new locations page will be replaced with the content from Retail.
  • Check your theme for any settings that relate to store hours/address. These settings will not correspond to your Retail data and are not synced. Make sure they are consistent with your location details or removed from your theme.
  • This page is automatically generated based on your theme. To make design changes to this locations page, Make the changes yourself or contact your developer
