Under Settings > Company Branding, you can make Retail POS reflect your company's branding by setting a background and logo. The background you select only customizes Retail POS if you're using an iPad. As for the logo you upload, it appears in Retail POS if you're using a desktop or an iPad. The logo also appears on the sales receipts that you print (prints in black and white) or email (appears in color) from your account. When selecting images for your background and logo, please note the following requirements and recommendations.

Set a background
- From the main menu, select Settings > Company Branding.
- Select or upload a background. To upload a background, you can either browse for the image file(s) or drag and drop them.
- Select Done.
Set a logo
- From the main menu, select Settings > Company Branding.
- Upload a background. You can either browse for the image file(s) or drag and drop them. A preview of the logo appears on-screen along with a mock customer email.
Note: If you already have a logo uploaded, select Remove Logo before setting a new one.
- Optionally, invert the on-screen colors. This doesn't affect how your logo will print on sales receipts or appear on email receipts.
- Select Done.
Test your brand settings
Once you set a background and logo, we recommend viewing the pages/screens where they appear to test your brand settings.

If you're using Retail POS on a desktop, your logo will display on the Lock page. As for your background, it only displays if you're using Retail POS on an iPad.
To view the Lock page, select Lock on the main menu.

If you're using Retail POS on an iPad, your background and logo will display on the Profile screen, the New sale screen and the Lock screen.
Profile screen
To view the Profile screen, tap your name on the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
New sale screen
To view the New sale screen, tap New sale on the Profile screen.
Lock screen
To view the Lock screen, tap Lock on the Profile screen.
