Under Settings > General Options, you can configure email settings from the Email submenu. These email settings allow you to email receipts to your customers and email purchase orders to your vendors.
To configure your email settings:
- From the main menu, click Settings > General Options.
- Click Email on the submenu.
- Configure your email settings:
Disable All Email Disables all email functions within your account. Reply To/From Email Address The email address from which all emails are sent from. Email Subject The subject that will be used for all emails sent from your account. Receipt Email Header Enter the message that will appear in the header of all emails sent from your account. Receipt Email Footer Enter the message that will appear in the footer of all emails sent from your account.
