If you want to compensate your employees with a sales commission, we suggest assigning PINs and enabling the Require PIN Before Each Sale setting. If you've enabled the Service module, you can do the same for work orders by enabling the Require PIN Before Each Workorder. This will increase your chances of assigning items and charges in sales and work orders to the correct employee in the Line Employee report.
- From the main menu, click Settings > General Options.
- Under Register and Service, enable Require Pin Before Each Sale and/or Require PIN Before Each Workorder.
- Click Save Changes.
