Configuring email settings

You can email receipts to your customers and purchase orders to your vendors in Lightspeed Retail.

  1. From the main menu, click Settings > General Options and in the left menu click Email.
  2. Set your email options:
    • Disable All Email: disables all emailing functions within Lightspeed Retail.
    • Reply To/From Email Address: enter the email address customers can reply to when receiving emails from Lightspeed Retail (for example, emailed receipts or purchase orders).
    • Email Subject: enter the subject of your email.
    • Receipt Email Header/Footer: enter the message that will appear in the header and footer areas of your email.
