How matrix items work in eCom (C-Series)

Matrix items become visible in your eCom admin after at least one matrix item is published to eCom. All matrix items appear grouped together in eCom as one product, named after the matrix.

On your eCom store, matrices are are displayed as a single product with one to three dropdown menus each named after an attribute. The options in the dropdown menus are used to select the preferred product variant.

Matrix specifications

• Each Retail POS matrix published to eCom can have a maximum of 100 variants.
• Up to 12 images of Retail POS matrices and its variants are pushed to their corresponding products in eCom. All images saved to the matrix are pushed first.
• Images of Retail POS variants are not pushed to their corresponding variants in eCom. Learn how more in Making images correspond to selected variants.
