Lightspeed eCom (C-Series)

New: You can now connect your store with Google Analytics 4. Go to Settings > Web Statistics to integrate your store with your new GA4 property. You can learn how to activate it in our Help Center.

New: To maintain the security of your store, you will now receive an email from Lightspeed eCommerce whenever key information or account access is changed on your store.

New: [Standalone eCom only] Lightspeed Payments users can now access their payment reporting under the Finance menu. This menu is only available for store owners and users with the Finance permission, configured under Settings > Users.  

New: [Omnichannel only] We have enabled a stock reservation setting for all merchants using Lightspeed eCom C-Series and Retail R-Series to improve inventory accuracy. You can learn more about this setting in our Help Centre.
