If you want to disable a discount rule that doesn't have a set end date or want to remove a discount rule from the list under Settings > Price & Discount Rules, you can archive it. 

To re-enable an archived discount rule, you can duplicate it. Retail POS saves the rule's original settings, except for the start and end dates.

To archive a discount rule:

1. From the main menu, go to Settings > Price & Discount Rules.
2. Select the discount rule you want to archive.

3. At the top right of the page, click Archive .

   

4. A pop-up message will display. Click OK to confirm archiving the discount rule.

The discount rule will be archived and disabled, with a timestamp of when it was archived for your records.

To view your archived discount rules on the Price & Discount Rules page, select the Show Archived checkbox and then click Search.
