Activating the NuORDER and Retail POS (R-Series) Sync

By connecting your Retail POS (R-Series) account with NuORDER, you can discover and shop from thousands of brands in the NuORDER Marketplace, sync purchase orders, and restock faster directly from your POS.

This integration requires you to have an existing Lightspeed NuORDER account and a Retail POS account registered to the same email.

To connect your NuORDER account to Retail POS (R-Series):

  1. In Retail POS, click Wholesale in the main menu, then click Connect account.

  2. If you don't already have a NuORDER account, click Sign up for a free account to begin the signup process. This can take between 24 to 72 hours to complete.

  3. Enter your NuORDER email and password, then click Link account.
  4. Your NuORDER and Retail POS accounts will be linked, and you'll be taken to your NuORDER dashboard.
