Google My Business is a free Retail feature that helps you become more visible online. Retail POS makes managing your Google My Business listing(s) easy by automatically syncing the details of your Retail location(s) to Google My Business.
- In Retail POS, go to Marketing. If missing from the sidebar, make sure you have the required permissions.
- Select Sign in with Google.
- Select Sync next to your location's address.
- Complete the steps in the process.
Your Retail location is now synced to Google My Business.
Login as an administrator, owner or in an account that has permissions to view the Marketing tab. In Settings > ADVANCED SETUP > Employee Roles, enable:
- Setup Shops
- Employee Setup
