The Integrated Payments report, which can be found under Reports > Payments > Integrated, is exclusive to Retailers who conduct their payment processing through Lightspeed Payments. This go-to report is a listing of all your payment transactions and their current status. This report is useful for:
- determining whether or not a payment has gone through,
- investigating claims of double-charging, and
- confirming the status of a refund.
When reviewing the Integrated Payments report, you can refine your search by applying the following filters:
- Date Range
- Card type
- Status
- Shops
- Transaction Type
For each payment, you'll be able to see the:
- Last 4 digits of the card (Private Account Number or PAN)
- Amount
- Sale ID
