To sign in to your account on your iPad, you need to have the Retail POS app installed and your sign-in credentials.
- Open the Retail POS app.
- On the Sign In screen, enter your username and password.
- Tap Sign In.
Can't sign in?
If you're not able to sign in, it could be due to the following reasons:
- You forgot your password
- You don't have sign-in credentials entered in your employee account
- You don't have the External Login permission enabled in your employee account
- Your employee account is limited to a shop and the iPad is assigned to a different one (if multi-store)
