Configuring PINs for each of your employees and requesting that they clock in and out every shift is a great way to track your employee's hours in the Total Hours and Clock Entries reports. All employees can clock in and out from the Profile screen, regardless of who is currently logged in. The Clock In or Out screen also displays the current clock in status of your employees.

1. From the Profile screen, tap Time clock.

2. Enter your PIN or your employee's PIN.

3. Tap Clock In/Out.

4. Tap Done.
