From the main menu, click Inventory > Special Orders. Each item on special order is displayed with its status.
To access the purchase order, click the purchase order number.
To move the special order to the register, click the shopping cart icon.
|Green||Ready, not called: The item was received and added to inventory, but the customer has yet to be contacted. After the customer is contacted, select the Called check box corresponding to the special order in the Special Orders screen.|
|Green||Ready for pickup: The item was received, added to inventory, and the customer was contacted.|
