Convictional can integrate directly to BigCommerce. To connect your store, go to the Integration Settings and you will see a section called "Connect your BigCommerce Store". Fill in the API details to create the connection. Convictional’s BigCommerce guide is here.
Product Formatting: By default, we will sync active products, inventory counts, and order fulfillments. When your merchant receives or directly submits an order for your product, we will pass that order back into your store so that you can fulfill it.
Product Updating: Products are synced every 15 minutes from BigCommerce to Convictional and then to Lightspeed. Any updates you make to your product catalog will sync accordingly from BigCommerce. Ensure active products are associated with a price list.
Order Name: Orders received within BigCommerce will contain the Lightspeed Merchant name. Thus, an order from Bob’s Bikes would display in your WooCommerce store as customer name = “Bob’s Bikes”.
Orders also appear in the Convictional environment under the “orders” tab at https://app.convictional.com/orders.
Price Lists: Price lists outline the wholesale cost and retail price for your products. Price lists must be created within the Convictional Prices tab. See Convictional’s guide on price lists. Note: any new products must also be added to a price list before they can sync.
Order Information: Sellers using BigCommerce can view Lightspeed orders within the BigCommerce Orders tab or via the Convictional Orders tab. New orders will sync every hour from Lightspeed to Convictional to BigCommerce, as well as order updates sent from BigCommerce to Convictional to Lightspeed.
Order Status: Order status is either “incomplete” or “complete” for Lightspeed orders processed via Convictional. Merchant orders that have not received fulfillment information are marked as incomplete until such information is sent to Convictional. Orders are complete when all products have fulfillment information associated with them. Orders can be cancelled by Suppliers from within the Lightspeed Supplier dashboard. Merchants must contact their supplier to cancel an order.
Fulfilling Orders: Information for the Merchant name and address will be visible in BigCommerce. Orders can be fulfilled partially or in full. Shipment information (ex tracking number) can be uploaded to Orders from BigCommerce or Convictional app.
Paid Status: Orders display as “paid”. Payment for orders occurs outside of Lightspeed and Convictional. To receive payment for your order, please invoice your merchant directly as per your usual process.
