Connecting Sage One to Lightspeed Accounting

Lightspeed Accounting connections are structured around stores as defined in your Lightspeed Retail account. 

Once you have connected your Lightspeed Retail account with Lightspeed Accounting, you can connect a store to a Sage One company. If you have more than one store, each store can either share the same Sage One company connection or have its own connection.

Lightspeed Accounting's integration with Sage One is available in the following countries: 

  • Canada 
  • Germany
  • France
  • United Kingdom
  • Ireland 
  • United States

Connecting Sage One to a single store

To create a new Sage One company and connect it to a single store:

  1. In Lightspeed Accounting, click Settings > Accounting
  2. Click Sage One from the list of options. 
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Select your country from the list of options.

    NOTE: Despite the options shown on this page, only the countries listed above are supported with Lightspeed Accounting.

  5. Log in to Sage One.
  6. Click Allow to authorize the connection between your Sage One company and Lightspeed Accounting. Your store is now connected to Sage One in Lightspeed Accounting.

Connecting Sage One to multiple stores

To begin, create your Sage One company and connect it to your first store:

  1. In Lightspeed Accounting, click Settings > Accounting
  2. To the right of your store, click View Details.
  3. Click Connect a Company.
  4. Follow steps 2-6 from the previous section.

Once this initial connection is established, connect your other stores:

  1. To the right of your store, click View Details.
  2. Click Connect a Company.
  3. From the list of existing companies, select Sage One.
  4. At the bottom right, click Change. Your store is now connected to Sage One in Lightspeed Accounting.
  5. To connect another store, return to Accounting and repeat steps 1-4.
